Hi there,

It’s very late… but I had to blog about this.

So my crew roamed around outside the debate between Obama and Clinton on the UT campus. Thousands of students and others lined up outside to rally for their favorite candidate. The highlite for us... interviewing George Lopez Live!

There's a story behind it all... right before the debate one of my photographers spotted Lopez, but I didn't see him. After the debate our fabulous web producer Becky Ozuna found him and didn’t let him out of her sight. She literally hounded him and wouldn't leave him alone and finally he was gracious enough to talk to us. We were seconds from coming back to me after our story aired and there was Lopez.

He was very nice and talking to fans and took some pictures. He flew in from L.A. to be here for the debate and is a huge Obama supporter.
