Everyone concentrates on the problems we're having in this country lately:  illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, alligators attacking people in Florida ...

Not me. I concentrate on solutions for the problems. It's a win-win situation.

 1.  Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border.

2.  Send the dirt to New Orleans to raise the level of the levies.

3.  Put the Florida alligators in the moat along the Mexican border.

China has admitted to burying a teenage POW from the Korean War.  Army Sgt. Richard G. Desautels of Vermont, was captured alive, but they say he died within a week of being captured as he was mentally ill.  China then, supposedly, buried him but apparently his grave was moved and they no longer know where it is.  As if!  This goes to show all Americans what the Chinese really think of us.  This was an American soldier who deserved to be buried at home., and whose family deserved to have him back.  I am appalled and disgusted that this could happen.  Yeah folks, just keep buying all those Chinese imports and when you do remember we have a soldier over there somewhere that needs to come home.

Take time to read the article on Fox News about this guy.  Naturally, he is protected by "Freedom of Speech", more to the point, does he deserve to be?  Why can't he just leave the United States?  Instead we now know that sometime, somewhere, he is going to go off and Americans will lose their lives.

Have any of you taken notice of the "Amnesty bill" ?  Apparently the House Minority Leader has and is taking exception with it by calling it "A piece of Sh * #"  He's right, that is exactly what it is.  Here are a few of the points I got from it.  The visa becomes permanent after only 24 hours even if the background check is NOT complete.  We, yes We Americans, pay for the attorneys for illegal aliens to become legal.  Anyone from another country that is a gang member that says they no longer want to be in a gang, is eligible!  We, yes we Americans, are giving Mexico money to better educate their people so they may want to stay in Mexico.  Illegals that have lived here for years, owe NO back taxes. The Border fence that was supposed to be 800 miles is shortened to 200---why bother!  These are just a few of the points I paid attention to.  We are too complacent people.  These bills get run through without so much as an "I object."  Fortunately the House Minority Leader objects so let's see where this one goes.  How much more are we going to take before we, as the  people of the United States of America, say ENOUGH!

Excuse me, but since when is a size 10 considered "Plus size"?  This morning I saw that the winner of Americas Next Top Model is considered to be a plus size- - - - -she is a size 10!  Small wonder that girls and young women have weight issues and self esteem issues---Lord help that they aren't a size "0" or a size "2".   This media frenzy regarding the size that "celebrities" wear has got to stop.  Why have we as a society bought in to the whole "size" thing?  Do you know what a size "0" is---it is nothing, zero is nothing!  Women are meant to have curves not be stick figures.  Be proud of who you are, because what you look like means nothing if the person inside is not a good person.  Don't let the media form the opinion you have of yourself, it has to come from within.  I am a healthy weight for my age and height, but I wasn't always that way.  Eating disorders are a "control" thing take it from one who has been there.  You never get over it you just learn to cope with it and try to ignore the pathetically thin people that seem to make the news.
