I rushed out the back door tonight to fire up the grill so I could cook our salmon before this monstrous storm beat me down with hail and high winds. The lightning and thunder was really close so I threw on the pink fishes, flipped them in four minutes, then snatched them off early to finish them off in the oven. I don't like to be pelted by hail. Apparently I didn't need to worry as we didn't even see a drop of rain at our house. The thunderheads sure were pretty, though. And the salmon was delicious!
